Rhodamine B is a synthetic dye that often misused as food coloring in crackers. consumption through can irritate the digestive tract, impair liver function, and cancer. The purpose of study was to determine content rhodamine This used quantitative method, purposive sampling employed technique. Method validation carried out against UV-Visible spectrophotometer testing Validation method produces linear regression equation y = 0.2901x + 0.0082, with correlation coefficient value (r2) 0.9985, Vxo 2.65%. instrument shows Limit Detection (LOD) 0.1582 ppm Quantification (LOQ) 0.5274 ppm. results from accuracy-test showed an average %diff 0.88%; 3.79%, -6.88%, while percentages recovery were 101%, 104, 93% respectively.
